Adam is a technical leader with nearly a decade of experience delivering platform architecture, data engineering, and software solutions across media, telecommunications, and technology. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge (King's College) and completed an exchange year at MIT, where he studied artificial intelligence and the mathematics of computer science.

Most recently as Tech Lead at Volleyball World, Adam led the transformation of the VBTV streaming platform from a monolithic architecture to a scalable, services-based system — growing the subscriber base from 70,000 to over 250,000 in six months and engineering for peak concurrency of over one million simultaneous users. Prior to that, he served as Head of Data at Sky UK, where he oversaw a team of analysts and introduced standardised A/B testing frameworks that reduced decision cycles by 90% and accelerated software delivery by 40%. He also spent four years at Cartesian, a specialist TMT consultancy, delivering data and analytics solutions to clients across the sector.
